Typical play at BodogLife Poker cash tables are loose at all levels. Full, 9 player tables typically see player/flop percentages in the 35-60% range up to $5/10 in NL Hold'em games. Higher stakes games see 28-45% player/flop percentages.

This only tells part of the story, as post flop play tends to be very aggressive at every level. Of course no juicy room like this goes unnoticed forever, and there are a few highly skilled players here. However, in our opinion there are more bluffs, poor plays, and poor players at BodogLife Poker than anywhere else. Experienced, smart players can make fortunes at this room with relative ease in comparison to most other online poker rooms.

Middle - high stakes players will find plenty of action at most times of the day, even late at night when high stakes games at other rooms are fading. You won't find 20 high stakes tables filled up late at night, but you can always find a few juicy games to join.

Micro - low stakes players will find unbelievably loose games to build a bankroll with. Players who break even at Pokerstars or Full Tilt Poker should become winning players at Bodoglife. Winning players at those rooms should kill the cash games here. Losers will probably lose more here, as the games tend to rattle inexperienced players. If you can't control your tilt when someone makes a terrible play and sucks out on you, play at a more conservative room. With so many poor players, this room generates more reasons to kick the dog, so keep that in mind.

Poker players benefit from the hugely popular sportsbook and casino at BodogLife. Those areas of the business drive many inexperienced players to the poker room, and real poker players can wipe them out.

Short handed (6 plyrs) tables are popular at Bodoglife Poker, as well as heads-up fixed limit tables. If you like fast action, this is the place.

Speaking of fast action, BodogLife Poker has possibly the fastest acting tables online. The software deals fast, folds fast, and gets on to the next hand very quickly. Like any room, you'll have the occasional slowpoke, but typically the software encourages quick play and players tend to make faster decisions. This also helps to clear the BodogLife bonus (which is easy to begin with).

NL Hold'em - Starts at $.05/10 up to $10/20. Lots of players in low/middle stakes levels. High stakes is not as packed of course, but there's action all day & night. Peak hours typically see 15-20 tables running from $3/6 to $10/20.

FL/PL Hold'em - FL starts at $.05/.10 up to $30/60. Plenty of action 24 hrs/day up to $4/8. Higher stakes typically have action all day as well, but players will sometimes find slow periods during off-peak hours. PL action is low, some lower stakes games are available, but that's about all.

Omaha - PL Omaha is busy through $.50/$1. There is some action from $1/2 - $10/$20 but it's more limited. During peak hours most stakes have tables running. NL & FL Omaha has almost no action.

Omaha Hi/Lo - PL is quite busy through $1/2 at most times of the day. NL & FL has no action.

Other Games - There's a small amount of action in 5 & 7 Card Stud during peak hours. Off-peak has very little action if any at all.

Rake - 5%, maximum rake per hand is $3 (industry standard).
