Competition at Doyles Room is extremely soft. Player to flop percentages of 50 - 75% are common at 6 player tables, and 40 - 60% at 10 player tables! To say this room is loose is an understatement. This is a great room for more experienced players to make a killing. What's truly unique about the looseness of the games here is that the games stay loose even at higher stakes.

Tournaments at lower levels are very loose as well, with aggressive/bad players all over the place. Create a loose table image by showing a bluff early (when you think you can get away with it cheaply), then sit back and trap with big hands. The Doyles Room lobby is typical of all the rooms on the Microgaming network. It seems a bit complicated at first, but much simpler after getting comfortable with it. After using it a bit, the lobby becomes quite simple to use, and in some cases, better than many other lobbies.

The Doyles Room tables have recently been updated for a much more contemporary look. First thing, they got rid of those stupid clip art style avatars. Those were the worst avatars in the business, and thankfully they're gone. Background color is nice, action is fairly fast, cards are big and clear, sound effects are good. Tables are simple and clean, the way we like them.

Doyles Room is on the Microgaming Network, along with several other quality sites. The software works very well, with rare disconnects or glitches. Player notes are available, but the hand history function isn't available at the table - only downloadable.
